FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY!!! I am 55 and still very athletic but my body does not like those faster- paced workouts anymore, yet I still want to work as well as stretch. I loved the pace of this, and, as always, no routine is complete without a companion. In fact if there is a choice to be made between workouts I will always choose the one where the dog or kitty insists on center stage! I love yoga but sometimes you really need to mix it up with moves like these. 🍀🎉🤸♀️

#SummerofStrength workout done for the day. I am shocked that I feel so worked. It didn't seem like it was "work," but I am still a sweaty mess. I absolutely loved the ending, when we just relaxed into the floor. I think everyone should do that for a few minutes each day. I feel totally re-energized! This is my second time through this video and I definitely found it easier this time. Not easy, mind you, but easier! I was a little distracted during the seated floor work by the sound of my dog snoring from his favorite chair! Apparently, my working out two feet from him doesn't disturb him at all. Great workout!

Wow, I am so relaxed now. I did have to stop halfway through because I got a ton more work from my boss and had a momentary freak out moment, but I went right back in and it calmed me down. I loved the ending...I really did feel like I was melting into the floor.

I'd been putting this workout off because of the length, but I have a goal to work through every single SOS workout without skipping any, so I knew I had to do it eventually. I set my alarm extra early for this morning to make sure I would be able to fit it in, and I'm glad I did. It's still really tough--especially towards the end--but I detected distinct improvement in my ability to perform some of the moves. In fact, I remember there was one thing I couldn't do at all before, but I was able to do all the reps this time! Thanks for the boost this morning, Jessica!

This was a tough but relaxing work out. I LOVE any work out I can do without shoes!My balance was not with me today so I found it difficult to keep good form. The hardest for me was the ab exercises, they are really burning and sore! Thanks for another great work out!

Great workout! I love the combo of Pilates and Yoga. I find that these longer workouts challenge me mentally as well, which is great to learn to stay focused on the task at hand instead of thinking about rushing off to do something. I’m sure others can relate to that! Nanci

This is exactly what I need. So much core work, especially rotations. I intend to recommend this workout to my paddling friends. Core rotation is so important for us. I was spent by the time we got to the double bicycles, but it really helped when you suggested activating the pelvic floor muscles. Thank you

Just discovered you Piyo workout and I love it. I started working along with your video and it really gets your heart rate going. Its gentle and yet its hard work. I normally get psyched out whenever i see a longer workout but I didn't let that intimidate me and did it anyway. This workout was not bad at all in fact i enjoyed how it was broken up and being able to not be out of breath doing it.

I did this exercise for the first time today and what a workout! At the end of it I could feel all the muscle on my body and it want because I was aching but because I worked them. Also, I have weak knees but the movements didn't bother me, I actually hope it helps me strengthen them. I will definitely include this video in my weekly routine.

I made it 25 minutes into this workout and did a quick cool down. Wish I could have done more, however my fitness level isn't where it should be lol. I'm going to try again in another day or two. I've been doing a few of your workouts here on KZbin and I have to say, I love them. I actually look forward to doing them every day. The way you teach and just your whole demeanor makes you so approachable and makes someone like me, who hates exercise, actually happy to do it; even when I'm sore later 😂

SOS week 2, day 3. This time through, I actually did the scheduled workout on the day it was scheduled, instead of putting it off. This is still a challenging routine; I actually stopped in the middle to go get water. I surprised myself a few times with what I was able to do. The one move where you have us stand in a split-stance squat, or squat lunge, and reach the back foot up to the front foot and back used to be impossible for me--literally, impossible. Today, I did it pretty well. I didn't even mind the plank work too much. Progress! Thanks, Jessica.

Day 3 of Week 2 done for #SummerofStrength and I feel good! Had to do this while kiddos were awake and they did good, although my two year old was crawling in between my legs when I was doing warrior and move like that ;). Enjoyed doing this again!
