This 1,5 hour not only valuable but entertaining as hell too. I was waiting for this episode to drop like kid for a Christmas gift. Only problem i have is sometimes i couldn't follow Corey's thoughts when he was uing acronyms which meanings i didn't know. Any chances for some small boxes with full names so we can educate ourselves?

I think it would be really valuable to hear more about how to keep environment factors (shoes, bracing, etc.) from causing excessive ankle injuries. I've been plagued by ankle injuries from a young age and I think a lot of people have the same experience.

This is about my 3rd time watching this. I watch a podcast then take a couple months to learn the material, come back to it to see if I can comprehend more of it. Lemme tell you, this one specifically goes into a LOT of complex stuff. I still can't wrap my head around it all LOL.

I really enjoyed this episode he has a really unique perspective on everything. Im unsure about pre-exhaust being the best way to get big though lol! John Meadows is the goat, but for beginners, you should probably do them first without pre-exhaust and save that for when you get advanced and muscle growth becomes hard!

Hey man, love the content so far, and feel like you've likely seen it quite a few times already, but is there any chance you can make a link to list of books/information sources/podcasts you'd recommended for people in the S&C/Sport development field. I feel like I heard you mention something of the sort for cheap $$ in either episode 5 or 6, but I feel like I scrubbed over both with a fine-tooth comb and can't find the sound byte to save my life

j.jordan.s. Yes. If you want to do that for good feeling, you can do that. But, static stretching is just a temporary stuff. Proper planning is the key like good diet and enough sleep. You can do some mobility in the end of the workout instead of doing some boring static stretching. All love man

Hey Paul, I’m doing phase 2 and last time I strained my hip flexor doing sprints (have restarted program). I want to add some sprints to an off day say 10 sets of 50-75m interval sprints. When would be a good time to do this. Is this light enough to do on a ‘off day’

Hey Paul, can you talk about the/any benefits of static stretching? From watching your podcasts it seems there are some myths about static stretching and loaded or functional stretching seems much more beneficial. Is static stretching better when coming back from an injury or when trying to gain back flexibility you had rather than to gain new flexibility ?

I feel like they also need to talk about the IMPORTANCE of isometric stretching. Because if your muscles are just so tight to a point it causes mechanical problems, that's a huge sign you need a stretch.

I don't know why we have done static streching. Coaches must have been really stupid, specially when a six weeks protocol says it is useless. We were all wrong for so many years, russian, east german coaches and you come and you know better... I guess the people you take care of have no injuries, because you know better than every one else. How long will it last.
