Cobblers are a fond memory from my Mum's kitchen in childhood. Great to be able to make a wfpb version. Looks great with that silky lime topping. Enjoy your very real interactions with each other, so much overly scripted perfectionist stuff these days, so nice to see you two being you. Woo hoo Ann, keep being a real chef Jane. Nice one!

Another shopper near me was asking about baking powder and I told her about the sodium in it...she was so surprised and asked me how I knew and I told her about this channel--- I had no idea how much was in it til I watched this. She checked the sodium in the Clabber Girl and the other 2 brands and was shocked also--one of them had 95 mgs per 1/8 tsp!!! Thanks Ann Esselstyn!
