If they work over-time getting a pipeline where the models could be transferred into blender or other 3D software with quad based mesh without any external software, this program will dominate the modeling industry with its superior workflow. But we have to wait and see what they do with it.

Waht do you mean? you can easily get the model from Plasticity to blender. Straight from Plasticity exporting as OBJ or using Blender Bridge plugin.

You already have quad/tris/ngon exports and bridge it to blender while both programs are on, but I do agree it should have bridge features for other 3D softwares

@@BojanSusic-qi4qn quad/tris obj are terrible topology except the N-Gon which is almost acceptable. Don't get me wrong, I am not a "quad bro" where I dismiss anything if its not quad. As long as it does not have shading issue, its okay. which seems to be the case with the exports from plasticity. But the meshes need to have good topology for easier manipulation when imported to other software for the sake of the user's sanity and keeping the workflow as procedural and smooth. Again, this software is designed specifically for modeling, hence the expectation for topology is the highest since its the only thing that this software does, unlike other 3D software. They tried to fix it with a cheap blender bridge but again it felt like a bandage over a broken arm. Autocad is a giant company, if they get some AI to fix the topology when exporting (actually fix it and not just slap some ngons into it) I believe it will dominate the modeling industry. But their mindset seem to be "as long as it looks ok when shading and the user do not toggle wireframe mode". Again, don't get my comment as hate or shallow, I will be buying plasticity soon and have some knowledge into the workflow but correct me if I am wrong.

Whats the export like isolated verts lines? Big clean up needed?

So for anyone that has switched over from Fusion to this, how bad was the learning curve? Very interested.

Not hard

when will people stop using "game changing“ or "game changer“ for anything????? There are "game changers" everywhere and anytime…. Internet, social and printed media are over saturated with "GAME CHANGERS“ 👎🏻

This tool is failing big time, stuck with 1 guy development tEaM, all the hype is gone, is that why u made this vid?

I use it quite a lot to be honest. I haven't used anything better for hard surface modeling.

I'm not a big plasticity fan, but this is such a bad take. Why would anyone intelligent judge something based on hype? One man development team but has 10x more updates and feature additions than Moi3D, Rhino, etc? Try again with some objective criticism.

I use it all the time great software and fun to use! Very easy to learn
