Omg this is so true, I swapped to GF as I was feeling chronic fatigue after eating wheat filled meals. Yes I felt much better but put on 8 kilos enjoying all the GF goodies. 😢

Also a common mistake, not looking at the ingredient/calorie list on the packages. somoene was telling me proudly she was eating 2 crackers from a certain store to loose weight (as breakfast, not for the whole day). I knew about those because i had looked at them in the store too. Those crackers contained so much sugar and fat that she would be better off eating 3 whole wheat slices of bread with (dutch) cheese. I didnt had the gut to tell her, since i just met her and it was on a random event. (btw iam from the netherlands and our bread doesnt contain much additives)
