The electric turned off 2 times at night w my new batch of L. Ruiteri. 36 hrs. Loss of heat. It was soupy. I put in frig. Tastes super sour. Do i dump it & start over. Can i redo w 2 tbls of the sour yogurt, or start over.

When i lived in india i got used to the idea of pouring some yoghurt into a curry type of veggie food (in the end of cooking). It works with kefir too 😊 and its delicious 😅
