tbh before the nose fell off you had a much more accurate penguin shape than ol' Betty could manage, if a bit comedically squat. I did start internally screaming when you sipped the peppermint extract, but I guess it could have been worse- when I was little I wanted to know if vanilla extract tasted as sweet as it smells. It does *not.* Not recommended.
@mastermarkus53077 жыл бұрын
I did the same thing to vanilla. I was very disappointed. It's weirdly bitter like raw cocoa.

If I recall correctly from cooking accidents later in life, the sheer mintiness of peppermint extract blasts out your sinuses so strongly it doesn't really register as having any other taste, so vanilla is definitely worse.

1 month later, Ian has now begun smelling peppermint again. He doesn't know where it's coming from, but he knows it reminds him of that Pingwin. 4 months later, Ian is drinking peppermint cocoa when he's writing scripts, when it's almost too warm out to do so. He's popping Altoids like they're candy. He even went to great lengths to buy out-of-season peppermint candles and wax melts just to infuse the air around him with peppermint. In every recipe he's made a video on, some peppermint was involved and he didn't realize it. 9 months later, Ian has begrudgingly reveled in the abundance of the season, as candy canes are the only thing that can quench his thirst of peppermint. Even though all around him, candy canes have sprung up due to his own emanating peppermint aura. He thought it was due to being closer to the Christmas season, but he's now finding them in random bushes around his apartment and coming in the mail with no return sender. Even though he's worried, he doesn't want it to stop and can't hold the phone long enough to make phone calls to the proper numbers. 10 months later, Ian has been having sugar dreams, where he literally wakes up with the taste of candy and sugary foods in his mouth. He's begun hearing Christmas music everywhere he goes, in every show and movie he watches, and in games. It's so bad, that in every video he makes, he's found upon editing and uploading, the Christmas decorations and music he had to remove earlier in editing are still there and can't be removed. He believes he's going insane, but can't leave his home, because of his massive agoraphobia and general dislike of dealing with people. He wishes he could just go out in the world one night a year and only when everyone else is asleep. 11 months later, Ian has now started feeling like he's being watched. At every corner, he turns around, but doesn't see anything. While out on his very few runs to pick up supplies for videos, he's noticed more and more people taking second glances at him, and even some kids whispering to their parents and then their mom saying 'maybe it'll be under the tree this year', and then passing a knowing look to Ian. There was one time when he heard some rustling while taking out the trash in his apartment complex, and the bushes were shaking. Upon peering into them, he found discarded cookies and the smell of fresh peppermint. He almost chalked it up to a dog or cat, but then noticed the small footprints beside the sugary remains and he rushed inside, mildly afraid for his life. 11 months and 25 days later, Ian woke up in a strange place, with strange clothes on, and a strange urge to get something done, because he's the only one who will get it done. He looked around him and noticed the reindeer were ready, the packages were nestled just right in the large bag, and his sleigh was oiled and shiny. The short people with pointed ears and jingling shoes were clearing the area for his mission, for his destiny. As Ian led the reindeer up into the sky, the elves all whispered and applauded him. "I've not seen such bravery" They all chanted as one, as their savior went off to deliver the presents for all the people he hated dealing with.

BrutalFoods is always a joy to re-watch, because I always forget about the goofy sound effects that Ian edited in. Funny how this has become my favorite series on this channel!

You are truly the Julia Childs of our day. Not the one we want, but the one we deserve. Great video!

The amount of joy these videos brings me is insurmountable and indescribable. I just can't wipe the smile off my face! Ian, you're beyond wonderful. I am outspoken in my support for these kinds of videos.

The reason I love Brutalmoose is because he can just pull out the weirdest pieces of media, stuff you would never think of, its nostalgic in a weird way. Also the editing is fantastic. I watch every video. Is there a Pajama Sam 4????
