always remember you can pause and take a break if you need to, all these women are extremely fit and we are all at different levels in our fitness journey. don't feel discouraged if u go slower, or need to stop, because at least u are here and working hard. that's what matters.

Ladies, I started doing this workout once a week (I do other ones throughout the week) for about 5 months now. I am pleased to say, that I am no longer doing the modifications except for the last abdominal exercise. I have also lost 45 pounds. Thanks so much for the encouragement and inspiration. Day 0: I’m a 27 year old overweight male. This is the first ever training video I’ve used/tried/followed. Not done this type of cardio training for 10+ years. Managed 20 minutes then I was about to pass out. Not sure if it’s cramps or soreness but everything hurts. Had to lean against a wall in the shower. Now recovering in my armchair. I hope this encourages someone because if I can do it you can do it! I’ve been doing this every day for little over a month now. I only made it through 10 mins of the advanced exercises the first day. The past few days I have been doing all the advanced versions the whole way through. I’ve also been looking over my Dream Board and reading my positive declarations during it. My mind and my body has been completely transformed. I love it! This workout is very intense if you haven't worked out in a while...at the 17 minute mark I almost passed out. From then on I started doing the modified exercises and going much more slowly.I plan to try this Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for a few weeks and see if my endurance improves!

I did this workout when I first started and I was DYING, now 2 months later and tho it is still a good workout I find it so much easier to get through. So my lesson for everyone is JUST KEEP GOING cause you will become stronger and fitter and exercise videos like this will become more of an intense warmup!!

This was a great workout - my favorite HIIT from PopSugar yet! I definitely need to work on my endurance - I had to default to the modified a few times. I also repeated the abs circuit once to get a little extra burn. According to FitBit, my avg HR was 130 and I burned 280 calories - benchmarks to beat for next time! Also, love this instructor - more of Charlee Atkins!

I've completed this maybe 130 times over the years. In my first go, it probably took close to a hour to finish but now I finish several minutes ahead of the video, which I never would have foreseen at the beginning it whooped me. Your heart, lungs and especially lower body muscles will adjust to the considerable strain that this workout demands if you just keep it up.

Can’t believe I actually made it through this workout. The only really really hard part were the lunges I couldn’t keep my balance and I always changed that workout to jogging in place but other than that I was able to do everything else. I love the stretching exercises because it helped my back so much I swear I heard my back crack like 10 times😂. The 30 minutes went by so fast. I’m so happy I decided to do this workout. I’m going to try to do this workout atleast 5 days a week and the weekends I’ll take off and I’m hoping that with a good eating habit I’ll be able to look like one of you guys. this was seriously my favorite workout ever! and believe me... i've done A LOT. it was THE PERFECT amount of intensity, wasn't too hard to the point where I was exhausted and then slacked through the second half of it, and it wasn't too easy where I feel I don't even need breaks. the ladies were so much fun per usual and i will definitely come back to this one! and also, it went by SO FAST. i felt a burn everywhere and i'm in a great mood thank you:)

Hello all!!! So, I’ve been working out the past month and a half and I needed a home cardio workout without equipment because it’s now reaching mid 30’s in temp (I’m in western Canada). I decided to try this and right now it’s the next day…I. Am. SORE! I absolutely LOVE it!!! And, it includes abs workout! I tried the modified and faster way and oh emmmm geeee. Today is another scorcher so I’ll be getting this done again. Excited!!! Thank you ladies for sharing home cardio without equipment. I’m excited to continue during our heatwave. Keep working hard everyone! ❤

OMG! This was the best 30 mins routine i could ever found. It was so funny, I really felt the sweat the burning. I LOVE IT 💕💕💕 Before this, I have just found routines that include so much leg and i was tired of that, but this thus includes everything 😌

This is an awesome workout! I typically look at the clock every few minutes during every workout to see when it's over and I didn't look till the last 5 mins! Definitely keeps things interesting for someone who gets bored easily!

Life changer! Lost 13kg in 67 days doing this workout 3 to 5 days a week. Yes i also went into a calorie deficit of around 1700 - 1800 a day, 60 days no alcohol and basically only drinking sparkling water or coffee 3x a day max. But damn im proud of myself and thx for this amazing video!

@@seerinamiour5216 Only this workout! Its been about 100 days now and started running and doing different workouts because it did get boring. Lost about 16.5kg in total now. 3.5kilo away from 78kg goal.

Destiny harris I did the same thing. I wanted to get familiar with the workout before I did it and to see how it differed from some of the other HIIT workouts I’ve done. This is a very intense workout! Oh my gosh! But it’s so worth it for all of us gals 👍🏻

I am just getting back into working out. My coach recommended 30 min of HIIT. I found this one after two days of research ( I have never done a HIIT circuit before) and was thrilled I found this one. I did the modified, so thankful you had it, and man I have never sweated so much in my life. I will do this every week I have HIIT. Thank you!
