Oh my lordy! Jacinta that was a fiery ❤️‍🔥 side booty workout. 😮 The addition of 2kg weights for me definitely added to the burn 🔥. Super quick and effective, one to repeat for sure 😊 👍 ✔️

You could have a smoothie with a scoop of protein but balance it with some carbs like banana and fats like nut butter etc. x
