Been using/doing this exercise and it really burns I use to workout with weights etc but completely tore my ankle! This is keeping my butt burning

Definitely felt the booty burn 🔥 with this effective workout Jacinta thank you. I used my pilates small ball in place of a cushion to add a bit imbalance to activate my core a little bit more 😊👍 ✔️
