Thank you Jacinta great glute focused workout loved the addition of the abs in the middle and the standing phase, which also engaged the abs.

I really love this class, I did it on a trip so I only had my booty band with me but it worked so well with this class too! I love the amount of stretches and mobility exercises included! Thank you, I really appreciate your channel! ☺❤

That certainly was tough Jacinta! 💪🥵 failed one balance😂 but otherwise a terrific class, loved the stretches👍 had a very hectic weekend so subbed this new one for day one of week 5! Summer is here in UK🌞😍

Great workout, I have a problem getting my left heel down in the Cossack squat, my right heel goes down fine. I also just figured out I have limited internal hip rotation on my left. Do u think that could be the problem?

I am the opposite. My left heel goes down fine, my right heel doesn't, so I'm on the ball if that foot.

I’m the same as you. Right heel up! My left hip doesn’t have as much range of motion as the right so it doesn’t allow for your pelvis to sit low enough

I love your workout but my lower back killing me when I do them I don't know why even if I really engage my core do you suggest standing workout or it's effective like mat workout I just want to lose weight 😢

Oh no please don’t feel it in your back. You might need to prioritise some more beginner workouts to build foundation. You can search on my channel for the free 5 day beginner challenge
