Today's HIIT fusion workout is a powerful pilates inspired sweat sesh. Pilates inspired exercises are great for improving mobility, flexibility and creating long lean muscle definition. This was exactly what I needed today. I had a few days of being low energy and lacking in motivation, so the plan was to get up today and get back in my exercise routine. Saw this last night and did it first thing this morning and it was just perfect. :)

Loved it. When started doing Heather workouts 9 months ago, my abs were so weak I couldn't get through a Pilates V-sit without resting my toes on a weight or the floor. Today I got through both 40-second reps with no problem. Abs by Heather!

And it is true! I am doing according to the plan and I did not have such a flat and strong stomach)) of course my arms are good, and hips are slowly concealing, but Heather best trainer!

Your pilates workouts are incredible, I felt great after this workout! Never underestimate pilates, I broke a sweat doing this workout. It was just what I needed between higher intensity workout days.

These type of workouts are awesome! 2.5 months postpartum here, and I've been alternating jogging days with low impact pilates/strength. This has been way more effective for me in getting back to my pre-pregnancy self in contrast to the high intensity HIIT workouts I started to do too soon...My waist is really slimming down :) Also these are super relaxing and make me feel strong and energized at the end. Thank you Heather!!

What I like on Heather is that she not only is fit, strong and their workouts are full of energy as well as calmness, but she also is so feminine and gracious! Love Heather and her workouts! Yesterday it was her tabata for me, today pilates is waiting for me!😍🤸‍♀️

Loved this Pilates session today! So fun to mix things up. Warmed up with a 15 min. LIHIIT and finished up with the newest no equipment TABATA.

I was down for 30 hrs from Moderna and this was the PERFECT recovery workout to get my body moving again. Gentle, plenty of stretches, and still tackling strength. Thank you, Heather!
