This is an advanced practice. If you're still new to meditation, some of the ideas and concepts may be difficult to grasp. If you find this is the case, don't overthink it or try to analyze what is said during the practice. (Save that for after the practice) That's the left-brain or thinking mind trying to interpret everything and getting in the way of resting in awareness and being mindful.

Thanks for this great meditation. I realized when I become aware that I’m aware my sense of awareness becomes bigger and bigger until there is just awareness. There’s a sense of vastness and naturalness to it .

This is my favorite meditation. I’ve don’t quite a few different ones mostly from other KZbin videos but I feel like this one brings me the most peace. I like that there is no music and none of that asmr whisper voice. Just simple guided meditation. It works to center and calm me every time.

Found this meditation helpful. Unlike the other comments, I did NOT feel there was too much talking. I have previously read in (other contexts)of second order thinking and third order thinking. It is simply when you become aware of your own thoughts I2nd order thinking); 3rd order thinking is taking it one step further and thinking about your thinking. This was not a typical meditation and to call it Powerful does not accurately describe it. Powerful is a word that describes the Impact that an event or a thought has on the person. I did not find this Meditation powerful, but I did find it meaningful, challenging, insightful, and bordering on the analytical. People coming to this Meditation expecting deep breathing and relaxation would, understandably, be confused and dissatisfied. Perhaps, you could change the title or say at the outset what your intention is. In summary, I totally appreciated this Meditation and get how difficult it is to explain this kind of concept.

I've been using your channel to practice for awhile now and something is still not "clicking" every time you ask where I looked when you asked if I'm aware that im aware of my breath I get so confused lol. So I keep going back to the same videos in case i find the answer..Im not even new at meditation. But this one gets me..and when you say see if you can turn awareness on itself what do you mean or am i overthinking it I probably am.
