Good to know the right move to perform this exercise. Also, just a request if you let us all know, what's the journey to get six packs step by step...Considering those you have 1. 30-40% BF 2. 20-30 % 3. 10 % and below 10 % 1. What guideline to follow in these types of BF... 2. When to focusing on diet When to start hitting abs? 3. How to change the macros based on BF? 4. How to regularly track your BF based on any simple formulae? This would clear much more confusion on which level you are and how to get started Looking forward to your comments/suggestion. Or in case of content is already available in any of your previous videos, let me know I must appreciate your effort and dedication to educating all of us in this field. You are a Such good trainer sir. Detailed explanation with positive n negative effect of the workout. Mostly i saw during this Preacher Bench expert advisor said stretch your elbow more that's uncomfortable and ineffective.

Jeet daju namaskar, I am right handed man ... But since I started gym my left arm is little big and more power than right hand. Whenever I am doing for triceps i just feel only in left hand, very low pressure in right hand. So please give me some information how I can make power balance in both triceps? Thank u sir
