The team is now like 6 people Most of the regulars have left They’ve had domination gear explained to them 5 times A tank constantly wants to bring in his alt healers (neither over 200 but they want a minimum ilvl for normal to be 215) The author has left The tanks don’t understand taunt swaps They somehow got 6/10 but can’t handle guardian because melee stands in the laser The team is a part of a much bigger guild with multiple teams and none of the raid leads have tried to recruit from that pool of players The IO score wasn’t 80 it was 63

Off course... Playing mythic raids, really high m+, e pvp on really high rate opens a portal where all the time lost on a bunch of shi*** systems e useless quests never existed, right? All those activities like pvp, m+ and raid is what everyone want to play. And the problem actually is that you can't just do it. You have to worry about infinite boring farms. 9.1 is bringing more farms and continuation of those already done, like renown, to make you lose your time instead of having fun with what you like to do in game.

Its rare to get a group of people with that mindset. But when it happens... good things happen. And then someone has to quit due to RL and you get a replacement who's a loot whore and destroys the guild with drama. Every damn time.

Low damage can wipe in heroic sunking with low dps, if the room fills up with shit before the shade transitions, or if it takes too long and healers oom, or if dps dont kill the adds that heal the boss. Lots of ways. (I've seen some pugs man..)

Why can't FF14 players just play FF14 without the constant need to try to force other people to play the game as well? Why are you so insecure about your choice that you can't feel good about it unless someone else makes that choice as well, preferably a well known community figure? Just go enjoy FF14 if you enjoy it and allow others to enjoy other stuff. I know it's a crazy notion, but some people happen to like challenges in their games and don't aspire to be casuals in a game of no challenging content.

The occasional angry fan will pop up and discourage you but they belong to Blizz and shouldn't be acknowledged. I can't even fathom the amount of mental gymnastics wow players have to do to keep defending this garbage. But that's why the game will stay stuck in an endless death spiral. In the end, it's a toxic playerbase and community because of the years of abuse of the devs. Hope you enjoy ff14 as I am enjoying gw2 and can't put it down! One day wow players will wake up and stop paying for their own misery
