I am on week 25 and overweight already. My fitness level is also quite poor. I hope I am not too late :D Felt great after trying out this workout. You're doing a great job! With my first pregnancy I got a little overweight by 20 weeks and managed to reverse it! You've got this, I've also reached 20 weeks and am feeling tubby, you're no alone. I am trying to do two videos a day with a light run. (Only because I was a runner before.)

I’ve been following your videos since around week 18 of pregnancy. I had a short Labour and positive experience with minimal tearing delivering my baby at 39 weeks, and the OB wanted to know what my secret was so she could pass on to other expecting moms. I credit your exercises to my positive experience and am so appreciative of what you’re doing for this community of women! Looking forward to the post partum series :)

I am 37 weeks pregnant with twins and started doing your videos in week 16 when I had so severe sciatic pain, I couldn't even walk anymore due to loosening of all the ligaments. After 3 weeks daily workouts the pain was gone. I continued to do your work outs and now feel still strong even with my big twin belly. Especially the pilates workouts were a big help! Thank you so much! I can really recommend this channel to everybody!

fellow crossfitter here who's never really tried yoga or pilates as I like to feel really "challenged" but at nearly 25 weeks I'm getting some lower back pain, so decided to try this. Can confirm, my butt is kicked (figuratively and literally). It's way more challenging than it looks! Can't wait to do more

The way I immediately fell asleep after doing this for the first time LOL. 23 weeks here❗️This is an amazing workout. I have it saved and will continue to come back to it for guidance during my daily exercise session. I wanted to try light exercises (other than walking) for my stress/anxiety. My body is noticeably more relaxed after 2 days of doing this routine! Thanks girl ❣️

I found out I’m pregnant 2 days ago! So I’m only 5-6 weeks but I haven’t been taking care of my body like I should for… many months before this. But now it’s not just MY body anymore! I want to be a strong and healthy temple for my baby and start healthy routines again for him/her. You’ve got a new subscriber! This made my glutes light up and I feel more stable just after one session. :)

I’m on pregnancy #2 and proud mama of a 1 year old. I had a really difficult pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period with my first. My body never had time to recover from pregnancy #1 and my fitness level is poor. This was the perfect level of challenge for me today. Hoping to do 1-2 like this a week through this pregnancy.

I'm approaching the end of the first trimester and I do your videos whenever I have the energy/lack of nausea to do so. I worked out regularly before getting pregnant and the one thing I would suggest, if I can, is to not focus in on one muscle group for so many exercises in a row. I don't know if it's just me but I find it exhausting and hard to do for the full duration of the muscle group. I used to be relatively fine at focusing in, but this pregnancy has really kicked my butt. Not sure if anybody else feels this way but I just wanted to put it out there in case anyone agrees. Super grateful for these videos though!

At 12 weeks with my 2nd baby. Absolutely loved this workout. A lifted quite heavy before this pregnancy and during the first trimester nausea and exhaustion I’ve only been able to get to the gym around once a week… this has made me feel like I’ve had a massive lower body workout and I lay on the floor for most of it! Thank you sooo much! 😊

This was exactly the workout I needed today! Enough of a challenge to feel like I built strength, but nice that it is all on the floor so it’s almost relaxing! I'm 35 weeks with my first baby and third trimester has been really hard to keep myself active, sometimes doing yoga but still just always feeling tired and unmotivated. This workout was exactly what I needed and I feel energized already. Definitely will try to incorporate more of your pilates workouts in the upcoming weeks!!!

I am on week 6 and been practising Pilates for a few years . I was on the hunt for a channel like yours! I remember during my first pregnancy I did one type of workout almost every day a it was the more difficult the "more pregnant" I was. Now, in my 3rd pregnancy, I do usually 20 min of your pilates video now every day and those workouts feels easier as I get stronger despite it't my 32nd week now. I actually found myself looking forward and be curious about the future labor and I feel self-confident about it. Thank you!

I feel so much better, stronger and healthy since I started your videos. Some are really hardcore and I will be able to do them after the delivery lol, but I always find new exercises in your videos and can also build my own sequences, which is great!

31 weeks pregnant and doing your workouts since I was 16 weeks. I gained a lot of strength even though I gained a lot of weight as well (62lbs / 28kg). I have no pain, I still sleep amazing at night, still able to walk about 10.000 steps. I feel huge but I also feel very strong! Thank you for your amazing channel I will be following your workouts all the way and Im planning to follow postpartum program as well. You are amazing!!! ❤

This is really perfect for where I am now. I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my daughter and did your workouts during my pregnancy with my son who is now almost 11 months old. Due to the incredibly closely spaced pregnancies and hypermazis my fitness level is terrible. So this was tough but relaxing enough for me 😅

I find this set an absolute godsend for sciatica pain! If my feeling is universal, I would perhaps consider renaming this session to refer to sciatica pain? Indeed as a Pilates it is (painfully 😅) focused on the hips but this is exactly what fixes the sciatica problem. Sending lots of love! 🥰

I have been lazy.latwly, so I've been choosing the less strenuous workouts like this vid and yoga! I am 27 weeks and glad to have this to follow. Otherwise I wouldnt do it myself! The quotes are also affirming and validating! This is my 3rd child and I've learned and done more than I have with my previous 2. I did natural birthday and preparing myself memtally and physically for this one coming up! You are so helpful! And making me feel more prepared rather than cringing and knowing the pain of labor and birth lol
