I just want to recommend and say THANK YOU to Lucy!! I did all her trimester workouts during my 1st pregnancy and my body completely handled giving birth to a healthy (and ginormous) baby! (all while having pcos). I really believe the exercises helped immensely. I appreciate the work that you do!

Back now postnatal after baby 2 after doing this faithfully for my whole pregnancy. It took about 8 weeks after c section to feel comfortable to get back but this felt great. You are a huge part of my lifelong commitment to health Lucy and THANK YOU on behalf of all the busy moms! Xoxo

Hey Lucy! I'm so happy that you came out with this walking workout! I'm in Quebec City, Canada, and it's really cold out here so I'm not always able to go and walk outside! I'm almost at the end of my pregnancy (only 1 month left! :)) and I was wondering if you will do workouts video for after the pregnancy (maybe with Anna?)! I have huge love and respect for you, I am from India, hope someday we will able to meet. At my 9th week I started your exercises, now I am at 14th week, I am doing your walking and trimester workout everyday. I didn't have any energy till my 9th week, after doing your exercise I get some energy. There was a time I was not able to walk inside my home, now I can walk outside for 45 minutes. Hi Lucy. I absolutely love this short workout and played it regularly during pregnancy. Now that my daughter is 3.5 months old, I noticed that my back and knees hurt from carrying her around so much. This is why I started doing these exercises again. They feel easy and I feel motivated and good afterwards. Can you recommend and other Video which would help me strengthen my knees and back? Been doing your workout, breaking it into 5 mins each time 30-40 post-meal, and it has been controlling my blood sugar so far. I am honestly super lazy to move about, hence this works well for me.
