I LOVE watching you. You are so human. Most cooks and bakers always try to seem perfect like everything always goes smoothly and I LOVE watching when you have a little goof and that you don't cut it out of the video. And when you said "remember the first time I made these" lol story of my life. You make me wish you were here with me when I bake! You are just so great keep it up! And I love the "it's not burnt it's just over toasted" I'm totally stealing that ! My husband thinks everything is too "over toasted" I'm with you, golden brown all the way!!!

I made these cookies vegan and used what I had available at home. Substituted butter with coconut cream, baking soda (it was over) with fruit salt, egg with Flaxseeds egg and used fresh coconut instead of sweetened coconut. It came out amazing!! Everyone at home loved them. Perfect recipe even after making so many swaps. Thank you!!

I just made this, it smells and tastes so delicious! My family loves it so much although they thought it wasn't cooked because its not as crispy as how cookies should be lol. But I explained to them that it is supposed to be soft :)

Made these cookies yesterday. Delicious! I baked them using convection at 325 for about 11 min total. I also made them smaller, It made 36 cookies. A keeper!

Hi John😊 First of all, thank you so much for sharing your recipes 😊 I just wanted to give you another tip of how you can soften your butter if you have forgotten to take it out of the refrigerator. You can cut the butter in pieces and the put it in ice cold water, and after a few minutes pour of the water and it is soft😊

They are delicious. The first time I baked them too long. The second time I baked them 10-12 minutes and they were much better. I also put some Ghirardelli dark chocolate chips in the dough - it was heavenly!

Hey I made these cookies and they turned out really good and I really like them. And I've also taken it a step further, I took the maid cookies and put them in the toaster oven with a marshmallow. and once the marshmallow was all toasted I took it out and put a piece of chocolate on top and made toasted coconut s'mores. And you wouldn't believe how good it was
