People get hung up about the fact that it repeats a lot of jokes from the first movie. Whereas from my viewpoint, it does those jokes from the first movie BETTER, and adds plenty of its own original charm on top of it.

The first movie: Kevin has to figure everything out on his own because he's a kid. Doesn't pay the pizza delivery guy, steals a toothbrush, disguises his voice when he calls the police. The second movie: Kevin literally does whatever he wants in NYC
