Strength training… any weight above the hip level would compress the spine,especially for beginners. Do you know of any strength training exercises for the upper body (i.e. shoulders) that can be done while lying prone. Maybe an interview with someone? Thank you. Your work is appreciated 😃

My ribs hurt constantly from the progression. Is there anything I can do to make them feel better ? I have s curve both 60 degrees .
