Hello. I really appreciate your idea. Could you provide videos, I can rely on in order to make the workout? I would like to spend 30 minutes daily from the very beginner yet gradually increasing the level. I would appreciate if you could provide weekly plan and if needed what to be added in the future. Hey Tom! This looks very appealing to me, but I have injured my knee a month or two ago, I can move but it's not back to its original state. Do you think it will hinder my performance trough ought this chalange??

From previous experience they usually provide slightly different exercises for that purpose.

Hey Ivan, great question, during this challenge you can perform the upper body exercises or we can tweak some of the workouts to work around your knee injury. We can also have you perform more flexibility or joint strengthening training opposed to heavy workouts on the legs. Also if your goal is to cut down some weight we will also have a meal plan you can use. So there are ways you can benefit form this challenge and gain form the motivation and community to take your fitness to the next level. You may just need to follow a different approach, considering the knee injury and goals during the 30 days 👍
