I remember at kindergarten, a fellow classmate said to me that “you should paint in the same direction” while I coloured the figures in the coloring book in all directions and wiggles. I was devastated (to this day apparently). But my favorite crayons are the mechanical ones (that are longer, like a pencil). I just think they’re more comfortable. I still have my Pochacco Crayons from the early 90s and use them quite frequently 🤫 This is stunning. I laughed at Lopi’s *human with hand in chin* 🧐 critique haha 🤣

I love it so much! I really strive to be able to draw something so freely and not be scared to experiment in the moment. And honestly, I'm glad to hear and see that you're better and continue to draw amazing things. You had been one of my biggest inspiration for at least couple years now (for sure since before your break from yt), and especially in last months when I decided to have more fun with one of my new sketchbooks and try some things I saw in your sketchbooks (adding stickers, some notes, random things, photos etc). 💙 PS I totally get the hate of getting things on the hands. I have the same issue, but mine is even with smells, because I have really sensitive nose haha.
@AudraAuclair3 жыл бұрын
I'm glad to hear you're messing around with new things in your sketchbook. It really makes it a lot more fun and appealing (for the most part). I read that there's a thing called "sensory defensiveness" and I just call it that now lol. Cause I have the same thing as you but instead of smells it's sounds. Being a human is overwhelming, it makes sense that physical senses would tip us over haha. Also thank you so much for sticking around and following my work!

Feels like I know you, as a artist friend fellow of mine I met somewhere, and i love that! Is precious makes me feel welcomed ♡ Also here where i live, we don't have that brand of crayon you're using, the most common we have is faber castel (for kids not professional), and dear I love using those crayons! I actually use them regularly on my work (maybe is because it's easier than using pencils to color, and damn pencils take sooo long they really annoy me) ahahah but they're way better then that brand crayola, I find that weirdly interesting how some simple things are so different in other countries.
