Thank you so much for this recipe! It was easy to follow. Though, the one thing I tried that helped a bit was using square cake pans. I put a large sheet of lasting warp over one and dropped the dough in, pressed it out as evenly as I could, folded the plastic wrap over it and used a second cake pan of the same size to gently (but firmly) pat it mostly even. That way when I turned it out it was already square and kept its shape with only minor touch-ups by rolling it out a little bit with a rolling pin through the plastic wrap. Helped me a lot with clean up!
