- I do a lot of posture checks throughout the day, and it's great for keeping me sane. - I have a serious problem with emotional suppression, as I am surrounded by extremely emotionally sensitive people and have a lot of trouble gauging my emotions. - My oversleeping is slowly clearing up, and I'm getting closer to a very routine sleep schedule. - My depression has taken my love of exercise into near non existence. - Socializing is absolutely one of my favourite things, but I'm not skilled at it, and I become very exhausted when around people too long - I sometimes overthink before acting, due to what has happened in the past when I don't think before acting/saying something.

Whenever I feel saddened, emotionally unhealthy, or feel negative, I rush towards this channel and listen to that soothing voice. It helps me calm down, and re-energize myself, and to remind me that I am worth it and I am a person who can achieve so much. Its that mental war that I (and likely many others) have to battle within ourselves that says otherwise and we have to make sure that the positive side of us takes control and wins the battle. Today is one of those days where Im feeling negative and feel like not doing anything but thankfully I felt much better after watching these videos. Thank you!

I think I'm definitely most guilty of social media. It's a love hate relationship lol Learning to acknowledge my feelings has been a process. I think the tricky part is when issues arise with another person and trying to talk things out and tell them how I feel becomes an issue. The mindset of feelings making a person (too) sensitive or when you have feelings to "just get over it" has brought a lot of conflict. I've learned that sometimes the only person who will acknowledge my feelings is me but having such conflicts has made it difficult at times. Learning self care has been something I've been striving to do also. Sometimes I feel like I'm being irresponsible because I do things for myself whether I go eat at a nice restaurant, buy 3-5 books at once 😅, or take myself on a date. I have to remind myself I need a break to do something I like, not just something I need and that it's not like I don't pay my bills and take care of my basic needs. Thank you Psych2Go for another awesome video! I know I named my few that I'm guilty of and/or working on but I enjoy finding ways to live a healthier lifestyle altogether. I appreciate your channel 💖
