Luv your explanation of the mechanics. I've been doing lymphatic drainage & tapping since 2020 along with other practices. I was a sinus suffering, respiratory congested individual for decades. I wasn't sure which of the practices I began doing @Covid Time but I haven't been sick since I began. Thanks for this

wow, love to hear about how this practice heals people. Keep up the self-care🙂 - it goes a long way as you have experienced.

@@deborahbelaus I wish there was more published scientific studies on QiGong effects and benefits. Sadly there is no money to be made by getting healthy without the use of pharmacologic meds.

@@anomarnamloh7444 Hi Anomar, actually there are a lot more studies and research being done on TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine. I like to think of Qigong as my natural energy vitamin. And you are right pharma makes a lot of money, but we can take control of our own health or at least manage it. Sometimes we do need pharma, but adding more natural remedies can help us heal.

Gracias Deborah , interesante y didáctico video. Aprendí esta técnica en Brasil con un maestro chino. Tu información señala el carácter científico del tipo de masaje. Desde Sudamérica, gracias 😊

What about the feet?
@deborahbelausАй бұрын
You can also tap your feet yourself. It's all about stimulating the bones, so tapping helps to bring circulation. If you tap the bottom of your feet at the ball mount of your foot, you are also stimulating the kidney meridian.

How do you do your spine?
@deborahbelausАй бұрын
Great question. It is hard to reach the entire spine, but you can get behind you and tap the lower to mid-spine with a light fist. Also, moving your spine in a cat/dog, side bend, and twist will help. Shaking is another way since shaking is a form of rebounding the entire skeletal system. I am adding an updated version of this video to include the shaking.

Can you tap swollen ankle?
@deborahbelausАй бұрын
I wouldn't directly tap anything that is swollen. However, you could gently place your hands on the ankle to help it regain circulation.

I appreciate that you recognized that. I want to know why I am doing something and the benefits it brings. It makes it a fuller experience. Thank you again!
