A short follow-along video led by Damo Mitchell. This is a simple Kidney-nourishing Qigong form used by alchemists to consolidate the essence. There are sequences for each of the key 'Zang' organs of the body - the Kidneys, Liver, Heart, Spleen and Lungs. I share the Kidney sequence here since so many people struggle with deficiency of this organ.
I would suggest the following two videos to be practiced alongside this one if you wish to regulate breath, mind and levels of vitality/health:
Anchoring the Breath - Part 1: • Anchoring the Breath -...
Anchoring the Breath - Part 2: • Anchoring the Breath -...

This comes at a pivotal congruent time cycle of people's fears, anxieties, and human conditioning. To break free of these constructs and be, is of high value and in accordance with Dao and in the natural order. To move the ZHI and HUN, to understand ( as best we may ) our divine beingness through grace, compassion, and love. Peace to all beings. Thank you for being a beacon of light !!!!

Thanks Damo!! I was happy to find this. One note at least the first time through the gong sound is a bit jarring in contrast to the relaxing music playing! After the first couple of times I was ready though. Keeps you on your proverbial toes I suppose. Really nice complement to the anchoring videos.

Thank you, this is amazing. I’m not skilled at sensing the area inside the abdomen without tensing my muscles. Is there a way to learn to direct the attention to the correct area? Is it something that will just come with practice?

Loved this! Thank you for sharing here! The loud bell hurt but maybe I will try to this on silent next now when I'm familiar with the moves. It was jarring that the practice first made me soft and open and then struck with the bell. Almost jumped out of my chair lol. Do the online training also contain loud bells or are those safe?
@LotusNeiGong
@LotusNeiGong 2 жыл бұрын
The online training uses this bell, yes! But the videos are only meant to teach the method, better to not follow along once you know the practice. I am a big believer in being autonomous! 😁 glad you like it

Great demo, Damo! I notice the way you are sitting down (in half-lotus?), it looks like your kua is very open which allows you to sit up straight. I am just wondering, to facilitate this straight spine position should the sacrum be tucked under (to give a PPT, posterior pelvic tilt) or should the sacrum be more pushed forward to have a more anterior tilt of the pelvis?
@sesmcawameqi

He's sitting in the "Burmese posture", with the heel of one foot touching the perineum lightly, and the other foot in front on the floor. Both legs being in contact with the floor allows the body to form a pyramid shape. Don't contrive a position of your sacrum, sit on the appropriate number of cushions to make the posture comfortable 🙂

I am bedridden with adrenal fatigue partly caused by rampant kundalini syndrome heat drying the body.. can I adapt these practices for lying down? And are there others you would recommend? My brief diagnosis: Feet are cold, head is hot, hands are very warm. Stomach is empty or not very full, legs are empty. Upper body is full of chi. Kundalini vibrating out old trauma/karma all day long. 🙏
