Ahhhh, this great! After doing your 21 days and 7 days qigong video playlist. I wanted to do more qigong but I wasn't sure what I needed. Tried restore energy playlist but it didn't feel what I need. Then I realize I've in a lot of stress and anxiety for the last month. So I'm glad I found the relax playlist and this video help so much! Thank you! My spine and lower back feels great that I'm enjoying the process! I've learned so much from your video! Looking forward to join your membership in the future! Again thank you! :D

It's become clear I need to have bodymind calming before I can sleep well. I've tried many methods, breathwork, yin yoga, hot baths/showers, walks outside at night... but this is one of the most calming wind-down activities & guides I've ever experienced... for me the qigong demonstrated here is very kind and soothing... spasiba, Kseny, and to your mother too for her gifts.

Здравствуйте, Kseny. Делала с вами цигун по вашим русским версиям, очень расстроилась когда не смогла их найти. По английским тоже делаю, но не все понятно в объяснениях, когда делаешь наклон приходится подниматься и смотреть на экран. Не могли бы вы вернуть видео на рус.яз? Очень крутые и полезные они были❤️
