📢 Recipe (Ingredients)-----------------------------
50g (3 tbsp) Cooking oil
8g (3 tsp) Matcha powder/green tea powder
70g (1/4 cup) Milk
65g (1/2 cup) Cake flour
5 Eggs
2g Lemon juice
65g (5 tbsp) Sugar
6g (2 tsp) Matcha powder/green tea powder
60g (1/4cup) Heavy whipping cream
60g Mascapone cheese
25g (2 tbsp) Sugar
180g (3/4 cup) Heavy whipping cream
Mold size 28x28cm
140°C (280°F) bake for 25 minutes

I tried your recipe. It turned out very successful and delicious. I couldn’t find Mascarpone cheese, so I used cream cheese instead and added white chocolate to it. It tastes so good too. The cake is so soft and smooth 😊. Thank you for sharing!

I just made it today. Because I poured it in thicker pan, so my cake didn't cooked all the way. Bottom half was cooked but not the top half. It was wet and mushy 😢 The bottom half very soft, moist. I wished I've followed you exactly the way you showed it on utube even the pan size. 😂 Overall, I still love the cake

You can use regular flour, it will just be dense, won't be as soft and fluffy, delicate. 😉

U can google the measurement to make cake flour. Very easy...

Basically, you can adjust the ratio of starch:gluten in regular flour to make It like cake flour by removing 2tablespoon of flour and adding 2 tablespoon of some sort of starch (ie cornstarch, rice flour, etc) for every cup of flour needed. Marscapone cheese is just Italian cream cheese with more fat, so cream cheese will work, just not taste as rich. I guess you could add some butter.
