It's a necessity to actively TRANSLATE the text, rather than transliterate it. You have to actively take the words and make sense of them, rather than just directly change the language over

And some things simply don’t translate. There’s no English equivalent of 「よろしくお願いします」「いただきます (食べる前に)」and so on. There’s no English equivalent of honorifics like さん、様、ちゃん.
