Even though this is only a 10-minute ab workout, we're targeting our abs harder than ever. This one is a doozy, but keep your spine pressed into the ground when you're lying flat on the mat and keep your core engaged throughout the entire workout, and this whole thing will be worth it. If you don't feel comfortable using weights (especially for exercises like leg drops), no weights are necessary! You can still do every exercise without weights while still getting a good workout in.
Get the most out of this workout by pulling your abdominals tightly to your spine and exhaling sharply with every breath.
