This should have been the music video for Coldplay's song Clocks . Instead, Coldplay produced a bland, generic video with no reference to clocks at all. If you listen to the song Clocks, the beat lends itself perfectly to the ticking of a clock. You can practically "see" the gears turning and the second hand ticking, but nope... as usual it's a Canadian band that is innovative and places themselves "inside the watch" for a song about time. Nice! This deserves way more views. Another awesome Canadian rock band showing the world how it's done. :) In fact, about the only thing Default could have done better, is if the band was ON the actual hands of the clock while being "inside the watch" as it was turning . They're inside an imaginary wrist watch in the music video but placing the drummer on an imaginary hour hand and the guitarists on the minute hand or something would have been taking it to ultimate level, so that they're actually moving inside the watch as time is passing.

This song brings tears to my eyes. Not only the lyrics have meaning but the vocals remind me of years long gone for me. New band for me though since I don't keep up with music that much unless I hear it on the radio or my husband plays it for me. Great song

This is what you call the last dregs of post-grunge, which, itself, was the last dregs of grunge. The melody is also a ripoff of a corny Billy Gilman song.

Um. No. Just in the number of great bands the 70s and 80s were better for rock. By the 2Ks mainstream rock has become formulaic. Although i would say that Nightwish is the best rockband of this century that most Americans have never heard of.

An interesting rock-band of this decade is the Japanese band: Man With A Mission. Along with The Oral Cigarettes they”ve got some good riffs.

stop insulting him for this. Default isn't groundbreaking and bands like Pearl Jam are IMO a lot better, but Default are certainly far superior to trap rap etc, and a lot of 00's rock and metal IS really good, even if bands like Default may not be
