It can if the supplier isn't clean, that's where a lot of fear stems from. Ppl that want to ban it are typically those that have gotten sick or know someone who has. Heck, I haven't made the switch yet due to not knowing a trustworthy farm.
@kendallmeyers3357Ай бұрын
@@lizziejay5362but it’s the same concept with lettuce and deli meat like they spoke about in the podcast. So do you grow your own lettuce and get your meat locally from a trustworthy farmer? I give both my babies raw milk I have zero issues with it. If you live in a state that allows raw milk use that to your advantage, I don’t so it’s harder.

I live in Japan and there's only four farms in the entire country who has government permission to sell raw milk to the rest of the country. I bought it once to try it out but you only get very very little product for the price. The option I have opted for is buying low temperature pasteurized for a shorter amount of time. I know people will argue that there's no benefit to it but I think that if it maintains a much longer shelf life when refrigerated than pasteurized milk, then it definitely has a lot of probiotics keeping it fresh. I could have it in the fridge for more than a week past expiration date and it still tastes ok. Also, I started making kefir myself and it has really helped my gut health.
