Hey friends and welcome back to the another episode of our fitness content/diaries/journey! In this video, we wanted to provide insight on "realistic what I eat in a day" (on a weekend) but we wanted to be transparent about the meals/snacks we make/eat. We try to aim for anywhere between 150-200g of protein a day. Keep in mind that everyday is different and we typically meal prep (hence why you see a lot of pre-cooked meat that we freeze and take out when need be!).
