Just a quick memo, that it can be very dangerous to eat unsoaked chia-seeds. Always soak them. Or maybe cook them with the oats beforehand!

That was literally my goal alsooo😀😀 Try to eat more whole foods that are high in protein. I am planning on doing a whole video on it, but basically i ate more lentils, chickpeas, beans, tofu, all sorts of nuts, soy yogurt, chia seeds and so on (I also ate more complex carbs because you need more energy for training👍)
