Crispy Outer, Moist Filling Apple Pie Recipe!
Recipe: Makes four apple pies with a 9cm diameter each.
[Pie Crust]
Cake flour: 120g
Bread flour: 120g
Unsalted butter: 170g
Salt: 2g
Cold water: 100g
[Apple Filling]
Diced apple: 400g
Lemon juice: 15g
Sugar: 50g
Honey: 10g
Unsalted butter: 10g
Rum: 10g
Corn starch: 8g
Water: 8g
Cinnamon powder: 1g (adjust to taste)
