That last stretch was great! I struggle with tight hips and hip flexors with menopause symptoms. This was the workout I needed! Thank you.

Amazing 🤩 thank you, loved all of those 👏🏽 never done the bridge walk before - great challenge - no idea what order my limbs were going in but, they were going 😂 my pelvis doesn’t really like any kind of star jump style exercises so the stepping option works really well in this case, either down on the mat or standing. Fab lunchtime warmer thank you 😊

How have you missed that bridge walk? It’s a bit of a beast for sure! Sounds like you’re doing a great job of adapting to make the exercises work for you. Amazing work as always 💕💕

Thank you. I found the bridge walk difficult initially. I need to work on coordination , but enjoyed the workout ❤

The bridge walks.. you say move hand and foot at the same time.. I put first a foot and then I move a hand... is this OK or has it a certain purpose to realy move foot and hand at the same time?

It requires more core control and strength to move them at the same time (plus coordination for the brain! 🧠) if you can work up to working both at the same time it will build more strength in the core but you can work up to it - it’s good to have goals to aim for! X
