Audio quality isn’t very good, so I can’t make it half of what you’re saying :/ But I can at least follow your movements. I’ll try this next time I have a headache.

Wow great information thank you! I get Botox for migraines but I would much rather be able to get relief with this!

Mine went away by doing Whole 30 diet to learn to stop eating the problem foods. Haven’t had one since. It’s been 6 months.
