Hi really enjoyed this Pilates session Mizi .. I challenged myself a little more and used a long stretchy Pilates rubber band ! Perhaps you could devise some workouts using the long stretchy band to give more resistance instead of a dumbbells workout ? Be wonderful if you could ❤x

This month I'm going to the nutritionist, starting the gym and continue with Mizi's montly challenge. Thanks for the inspiration ☺
