My blood pressure is sometimes labile and my blood sugar level is fine. Cool little workout, Jules! Really enjoyed the 15 second changes - keeps the boredom away. One tiny point: would you mind giving us 5 seconds to get ready to exercise before you start moving? Some of us (including myself, of course) have KZbin on their computers in a different room than their TV's. When we click on your video, it starts right away & then you begin the workout before we can get in front of the television. Maybe wave Hello for a few seconds first please? 🥰

I'll have to give that some thought. The difficult part for me is that I start my music at the same time with my timer to ensure the timing is right with 15 sec, 30 sec, etc., depending on what I'm doing. I could ask someone in my house to start the timer & music but it's nice not having to rely on anyone else when I create my videos. But, I definitely see your point. I'll see what I can do!

Love these short workouts! I use them after eating or as a warm up before another workout. Or, sometimes, I even do them twice back to back for a longer "easy" workout. All depends on how I feel that day. Thank you so much for so many wonderful videos!

Thank you, Jules. I am grateful just to be back. Became extremely ill on June 24th and it has been a full month. Finally well enough to workout. My BG got out of control due to being confined to bed. Now I am trying to get control again. Added this workout to one that April and Aiko did on Yes2Next. I'm exhausted now. 😰

Hello my wonderful life changer. I have been awol the last few weeks after a fall caused a fracture in my T12. I'm glad to read that you're feeling ready to start back again. Just be sure to take your time, Pat! I have lots of gentle level workouts that would be most suitable for starting back again. You can look through the seated and standing GENTLE options to see what feels right for you. If those feel too easy, then move to the beginner level but I think the gentle level is probably best right now.

All over really...I just look for clothes that are bright and cheery. I often pick up tops at Winners (which is similar to Ross and Marshals in the US) and also Under Armour. I find UA has a good choice of colourful tops which are also very affordable when they have deals on.
