I've been struggling with my mental & physical health a lot lately and this really helped me tonight, i can really relate a lot to your intention of letting go of perfectionism and bringing in focus, it really made me reflect on how i let perfectionism affect my life and felt rather emotional at the end, as i was deciding to letting this go. thank you for this Shona, i have not done yoga for over a year and this was perfect way to start my journey again to make it into a daily practice, feeling cleansed, calm and energised right now ❤️

Hi Shona, It was over a year ago that I started doing your videos. When you said that relaxation is a practice it really helped me. I had never thought of it that way but I started practicing in hopes of alleviating anxiety. I religiously practice now every morning seven days a week and then do another 10 minutes in the late afternoon. I made progress. You also had mentioned doing the breathing during the day wherever you are when feeling stress. That was also helpful. Now I feel so much better. It is life changing. Thank you so much!
