I wish I could like your videos multiple times. I’m doing yoga five times a week with you. I can see a huge difference in my body. Last month I’ve started with your videos and after one week I could get my period finally after 3 months. I also did those yoga for during period and I had very less pain. I’m counting this also this month and is on time every thing😊 thanks for your effort 🧘🏻‍♀️ I’m starting to love doing yoga and it’s because your lovely videos ♥️

I'm having PCOs right now. And it's really hard to have a baby. I still have my regular periods. But I can't get pregnant, so I went to see the doctor. And they finally found out I had a pcos... I'm so worried about my pcos.😢

5:05 really hurts my back straighten knee. I've tried to adjust multiple ways but can't get the hang of it. It feel like my knee is being stretched too much in a painful way so I've just given up on it. Same with pigeon pose.

Madam my periods are irregular, and i have non stop bleeding. I have thickened endometrium. I have a cyst of 2 cm. Please help me to stop over bleeding and get conceive. Please suggest me video

Listen, I'm really stress, daily bleeding 20 days ago, is that helpfull regular menstrual cycle and stop bleeding? After 7 days regular mensis? Is that helpful or not? Normal bleeding 😢

4 - 5 days. Yoga is a very low impact style of workout. So you can pretty much do it everyday.

I have done three videos of your PCOS Yoga series since my period was 2 weeks late and I was in quite some pain.
