It can be used as a warm up or energising practice before other Qigong and Tai Chi exercises. "Feeling low energy and no motivation"-- sadly, this is me at the moment. But happily, this video was the perfect way to start to move and begin to feel more peaceful and contented. Wholehearted thanks to you :)

I have been suffering low energy, loss of motivation for couple of years esp since covid years. Just tried this a few days and was pleasantly surprised it works!! Feeling better slowly but surely. Do try it folks, nothing to lose all to gain.

Wow, very very helpful for me. Felt so nervous, constantly sighing in frustration and overwhelm. I did Voo breathing and orienting practice to calm my nervous system. Wasn't enough. This exercise was what I was missing. Such a relief. Thank you so much.
