Welcome to a New Sports Routine to REDUCE WAIST AND ROLLS OF THE
BACK.
During the next 16 minutes you will do a focused work on the entire area of the abdomen,
back and arms. My goal with this sequence of movements is that you increase your range of
joint mobility, work all the muscles of the abdomen, arms and shoulders, both large
as small and also get to mobilize the fat in this area thanks to the movement
