This is one of Foreigner's most underrated songs. It has such a great hook. This song came out just as I graduated from high school. There were so many great songs released in 1987, including "Here I Go Again" by Whitesnake; "Alone" by Heart; "Heaven is a Place on Earth" by Belinda Carlisle; "Invisible Touch" by Genesis"; and "No One is to Blame" by Howard Jones. So many great hits that year.

Each decade had music that was special in its own way, but the 80’s had the end of disco, beginning of true pop, beginning & end of big hair rock, and the real take off of rap/hip-hop. A great time to associate life events with the music of the time. I think that’s why so many people feel nostalgic when hearing 80’s era music. A lot to relate to.

I am 20 years old and agree so much. I love music from the 80s, like you say it has meaning and just feels more real like the artist is really telling you something that happened to him. Today I feel like all the music sounds the same and artificial. You can clearly hear that the music is filled with articial computer generated sounds, it just makes it more fake. In 80s music you can hear the instruments, it just makes it more real. I also just hate the artists of today. Wish I was young in the 80s.

This song was my guidance light when I had my first surgery as a teenager. The Doc turned on the radio to help my anxiety and this calmed me right down. Thanks yall!

This music video is so classy. I absolutely love every detail here, beautiful and charming actresses, the rhythm, the voice... supreme. Easily goes to one of my top songs. Too bad I discovered Foreigner band only recently, when I heard the song Urgent..

Lyrics: Say you will, say you won't Make up your mind tonight Say you do, say you don't Wanna be mine Say you will, say you won't Make up your mind this time Say you will, say you won't Be mine tonight I can't sleep I keep dreaming I'm losing you Feel so alone in the night, scared to open my eyes I'm in too deep, I'm in over my head this time Can't get you out of my mind no matter how hard I try So won't you Say you will, say you won't Make up your mind tonight Say you do, say you won't Be my guiding light Say you will, say you won't Make up your mind this time Say you do, say you do You wanna be mine I get the feeling I've never been here before 'Cause no one I've known's ever moved me the way that you do And I know this is the real thing It's all I've been searching for I've put it all on the line now I'm hoping you feel that way too (And if you do) why don't you Say you will, say you won't Make up your mind tonight Say you do, say you don't Wanna be mine Now will you Say you will, you say you won't Make up your mind this time Say you will, say you will You'll be mine tonight [break] Will you tell me how much I mean to you Will you say you always will be true I need more than a come-on sign So won't you say you will be mine Now won't you say you will, say you won't Make up your mind tonight Say you will, say you will Be my guiding light Say you will, say you will Make up your mind this time Say you do, say you do You wanna be mine Come on come on Say you will make up your mind tonight Say you will, say you will Be mine tonight
