I am plant based and working on alcohol-free because of you two specifically. Rich I can't get enough of you and Srimati, but somehow the addition of John Joseph is my golden ticket to me getting my life in f-ing line. Power trio for mind, body, spirit, and my salty take (JJ that's all you MF.). I'll thank you all here and everywhere I can, thank you.

I had a thought today. When the body is given a chance (as in not eating acid ash forming foods), the cells begin to function properly, and the body repairs itself. When we stop manifesting negativity and unconsciousness, our aliveness and happiness are given a chance to flourish. I want to rant about the first 60 years of my life, and how it's all turning around, finally, but I'll keep it to myself. Also, every problem is a blessing in disguise.

I have either red or listened to all of John’s books. I went to hear him speak recently and got to meet him for a few seconds John is the real deal. His journey as been incredible. From Foster Homes, drugs, violence. He is such a strong individual. I know I would have folded under what he had to endure. God Bless John.

The first Cro-Mags record has been a staple in my life since I first heard it around '89', '90'. A close friend of mine has turned me on to Rich Roll and to see the connection to both of these people is great. Keep on John Joseph, I'm reading and listening. Come to think of it, it was that same friend who turned me on to the Cro-Mags back then.

I’ve never knew about John, I grew up listening to punk and then hardcore. I feel like I had a similar start to my life as him, except I lived in the sticks with similar circumstances. Eventually left when I was 15 went through the whirl winds drugs, stealing all that jazz, one morning after 3-4 months of daily mdma and lsd I ended up at a place called “crossways” still tripping balls I ate there, it was a Hare Krishna restaurant, a monk approached he could see I was outta my mind and eventually I got right into lived with Hare Krishnas in Bali, Java, thought south East Asian until I got to India. I feel everything he talks about the Hare Krishnas, I wanted to be the king of knowledge to rebuttal everything but it got to a point where I couldn’t. Since being with my partner for 5 years I drifted Away, it was Krishnas mercy that bought me here tonight, I had a bad night and my little brother was telling me on the phone you gotta check out this pod cast.... he was from some bad “ cro...cro mags” I was like aye I heard one of the members was Hare Krishna now here I am, back again in a 180. Jaya jaya hari bol!

John Joseph is a true motivator. Seems to be a stand up dude that puts his money where his mouth is. He’s inspired me to make changes in my life. Trying to quit drinking and smoking. I kicked the drugs years ago and have have had several sober years in my life but I always slip back into drinking and eating unhealthy. John is a true inspiration. Every time I get down on myself or down on the world in general, I put on one of his interviews and tell myself to not be a puxxy. Great interview. Love the channel.

Rich, epic show. I have one suggestion for John Joseph that will undoubtedly save him a tremendous amount of writing, editing, and publishing time. Offer signed copies of hard bound, blank page notebooks, of which, you can add a forward. Next, John can book 2-3 hours on your show, and we all can tune it to fill the blank pages with notes from your VLOG. I truly hope that you have John back on the show to promote the release of his next book.

It seems now that vegan is gaining some ground in social spectrum that many people who have been vegan/vegetarian for a loooong time are getting airtime and popping out of the woodwork because of people digging for knowledge about the subject. We are finding these people as living proof that not only can you survive but THRIVE on a plant based diet and also they tend to be very peace driven. It’s refreshing to see 👍

SO here's this guy, plant based for over 30 years(?!) still doing Ironman and shit. So many others out there from different backgrounds who are plant based for many years or even since birth. For any doubters out there, saying you are starving, missing out or whatever on a plant based diet, maybe even vegans that are having health issues: if this isn't proof that it's not only possible, but you can thrive, I don't know what else is. John should give advice on what exactly he eats. From his Munchies video I gathered that it's a lot. Mainly whole foods of course. Does he give info on the topic in "Meat is for Pussies"?

I worked for four years in the disposal unit of a central warehouse of a large discounter chain. I've thrown away so many dairy products, it's hard to see that veganism makes any difference at all. Cooling chain is interrupted and palettes of dairy products are disposed of. Got into Hardcore Punk when I was 16, still a vegetarian today. I'm 39 now. Straight Edge for 15 years. I have never bought a carton of milk or eggs. I eat chocolate and ice-cream. That's my two vices. Also I'm an endurance cyclist, climbing alpine mountain passes whenever I can.
