Why do i find that muscle up on rings are much harder than on bar? I did 5 strict no false grip slow muscle up on bar but struggle to execute a single rings muscle up

Its likely that you are just finding the false grip on the rings difficult to maintain during the high pull and transition - have you done much ring work before?

@@SchoolofCalisthenics No i haven't done much rings work, because I've just started using rings a month ago. When i tried to do the transition on rings, the moves turned into the impossible muscle up on rings, which is very hard to do in my opinion

Get the false grip nailed and work on the false grip high pulls and you'll soon be redefining your impossible - Jacko
