I love your workouts so much, I do yours and Jillian Micheal's on CD for that extra boost! The only thing that I'm really self conscious is in my tummy and hip dips (Love handles). I would love and appreciate a 30 min workout targeting these specific areas! Love you so much!

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear about your injuries! It is very common so yes I will work on one! But in the meantime - definitely modify any squat moves with leg raises on the floor! And I recommend adding weights and really burning those legs! ❤️💪

I love that you have seen such incredible results already! Fantastic job being so consistent! Adding heavier weights is awesome, and you'll find that maybe it's fewer reps but each is so hard that your sweating more, and certainly working your muscles more, right? So: no it's not bad to shy-away from cardio - you're still working out plentiful and as you said: toning your body! That's great! ❤️😃💪

Hi Shalini! Thanks for your kind words - and I completely agree that sometimes it's tough, and what I find is that when you do something slow and low impact such as my Yoga workouts on those days is the perfect way to still stick to your schedule ❤️ That's what I recommend - or pick up some really heavy dumbbells and do one of my arm and chest routines - you get a lil bit of an abs workout, but you're experiencing such an upper-body burn that I find it'll distract from any cramps! What weights are you lifting at the moment? 😘💪

i usually do weightless workouts, like your stretching, 9 moves from XHIT and beach body arm & shoulder. not really with weights..and sometimes HIIT cardio workout

Hi there! Great questions! So: YES you do want rest days in between the muscle groups that you focus on - try not to do abs 2 days in a row because those muscles need time to repair and re-grow stronger! And also - for best results: you want to do DIFFERENT ab routines, so on that 2nd day of the week, try another of my ab routines to switch it up - add weights and just never let your body plateau! THIS is the key to results 😃💪

Hi there! Any toning exercises yes will tighten and lean out your muscles so although this one doesn't quite target the legs specifically, so much of your lower body will be dependent on your glute strength and so YES I do still recommend! ❤️😍

Hi Irma! I am so thrilled for you that you're consistency has payed off and you've seen results! Do NOT worry about the flat stomach - because this is often the last area for fat to go from - and worrying about it won't do anything!
