Hi, Did the roaster come with phidgets and artisan ready or you mod it? I think to purchase a used roaster like this.

You can connect the roaster using a special lead and the existing thermocouples - but I have chosen to install my own more accurate RTD and K -types and use Phidgets.

@@itamarkas It depends on which model you buy, I you watch my video closely you will see that is uses a damper system. You should probably contact your local distributor or speak to manufacturer - as they can be configured to work either way.
