5 to 6 meals/ snacks per day. Is it also recommended for diabetic person? Or do you suggest just 2 to max 3 meals/ snacks for such a person ?

Need to know your body type …after that you might be able to eat ask your ayurvedic dr what kind of NAADI you have …for example vaat kapa or pitta
