Hello ma'am. I came across your videos I watched almost all of them. After watching your videos I realised many things: 1) how wrongly I was dealing with my weight loss journey. 2) as u said, In 2020 I hired a nutritionist for weight loss, since then I am trying to lose weight. I lost weight then gained back again, lost then again gained. This process continues. Recently in 6 months I lost weight (10kgs) but since three months I am not losing further less than ,65kg. 3) since the day I joined nutritionist, I just think of food as carbs, protein fat etc. 4) i am fed up of counting calories, weighing rice and flour and snacks etc. 5) everytime I used to eat more, I instantly used to feel guilty, and started thinking of next day plans, detox. Used to feel stressed and so annoying. 6) this happened not once but many times. After watching your videos I feel so bad about the approach I was following. I was a food lover, Every time I used to eat anything favourite, I was just in guilt, more stress and all. I started hating to party or wedding so that my diet doesn't break. Thank you ma'am from your videos I have realised that we should love ourselves, our food and culture. Thanks a lot for opening our eyes. I request you to please make a video regarding people like us, who were into those fad diets, and now how can we get back on track?

What is the best way to remain healthy if someone like me who works in night shifts? I do not wake up early as I work till late, and in the last few years I gained a lot of weight and fac this problem of acidity quite frequently. I tried something, taking Sabza been along with water which reduced the problem of acidity, but again when I stop taking it, the problem comes back.

You can try rice pej/kanji with ghee/tuup. Don't eat lentils or raw vegeatbles for a while. Just do a pej diet as she mentioned pej rice kanji and drink only warm water boiled with coriander seeds. If you think you need proteins, just eat mung dal cooked along to have a rice-dal pej/ somewhat khitchdi-like but watery/ more liquid consistency...try eating as food in organic quality as possible since all these pesticides, etc. add to toxins/ama! Take care. Chant Om or Gayatri mantra or Dhanwantri mantra. Let me know if it helps. Best to you.

Do you know long pepper? Black color hot seeds of pepper ,black pepper and clove . Make powder and eat it with hot water. Also add dried ginger powder to it. Chew one ,two black peppers,and two cloves after food. All this will reduce your cough,cold naturally. Keep doing it, give it sometime to heal.
